No. Never per head. Your price covers everyone on your account — office staff and field techs alike. Going from three techs to ten costs you nothing extra; the price only moves if you grow into a bigger size.
Within your size, nothing — add them and carry on. If a hire takes you past it, we'll show you the next size, what it costs, and the prorated amount for the rest of your current month before anything is charged. You only ever pay the difference, and you'll never be stopped from adding someone to your team.
No — and this is the part we care most about. A Solo account and a Fleet account run identical software: same AI, same automations, same reporting, same everything. We don't believe in holding a feature hostage to sell you an upgrade. A bigger company simply pays a bit more for the same product.
It's yours. You can export all of it from settings before you go, and you can delete your account and everything in it yourself — no phone call, no retention games.
Not a cent. Card payments are processed by Stripe at Stripe's standard rates, charged to you directly — we don't mark them up and we don't skim a percentage of your invoices. What your customer pays you is between you and Stripe.
